Roger Sandau is the Chief Operating Officer of The Agency, LLC, and brings a wide spectrum of professional experience in the legal and insurance fields. He received a BA degree in Economics from UCLA and a JD degree from Hastings College of the Law.

Prior to joining The Agency, Mr. Sandau held senior executive and general counsel positions with leading entertainment companies and international insurance brokerage firms, as well as creating a web-based insurance product delivery company that was acquired by a Fortune 250 company.
