Mitchell Paul serves as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Paul is responsible for handling all legal affairs for the Company including:
- Scripting of policies and endorsements.
- Analysis of risk and coverage exposures.
- Review of insured contractual documentation.
- Management of litigation involving the Company.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Mr. Paul has more than 15 years experience as an in-house corporate counsel handling contracting, insurance, litigation management, employment, real estate and other general commercial legal issues.
